Alexander Oturu

Alexander Oturu is the Southwest Zonal Coordinator of the National Commission for Refugees, Migrants and Internally Displaced Persons, Nigeria’s lead agency for migration management and policy development. He brings extensive expertise in migration policy, return and reintegration, geospatial analysis, strategic communications, community engagement and inter-agency coordination. He serves as Coordinator of the Lagos Reintegration Committee, which is a multi-stakeholder platform for government, civil society, private sector and academia. He is also Course Facilitator at the International Institute of Humanitarian Law in Sanremo, Italy.
